lack of upgrades

i was appalled by the lack of organization at this 'hotel'. not to mention the absolutely mediocre room experience—certainly not worth my time! i woudl ve been pleased with even a small upgrade for my trouble, but apparently, they don’t do that here.

The spacious Queen Studio Suite made our stay super comfortable for my wife and two teenage kids. We loved having a kitchen area to whip up snacks. Plus, being close to Shea Stadium for a quick family outing was a nice bonus!

My children wanted more parking space for our car.
